1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SIGN by Pulse AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SIGN by Pulse AI is a document signing platform that allows users to upload, send, and sign documents electronically. The Service is provided by Pulse AI Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
3. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at £5/month following a 7-day free trial. You will be charged at the end of your trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew. You will retain read-only access to your documents for 30 days after cancellation, after which your data may be permanently deleted.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Pulse AI Ltd, other users, or third parties. You must not upload fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
6. Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures facilitated through this platform are intended to be legally binding where permitted by applicable law, including the Electronic Communications Act 2000 (UK) and eIDAS Regulation (where applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are valid and enforceable for your specific use case.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with the Service are the property of Pulse AI Ltd. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant Pulse AI Ltd a limited licence to process and store your documents solely to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
